For a long time I thought that qigong is something incomprehensible, and those who practice it are a sect)
But one evening, when, after another day of work at the computer, my neck hurt for the umpteenth time, I decided to try it.
The exercises shown in the video return mobility to the neck, relieve tension in the shoulders and arms. Sleep becomes much stronger, I was convinced from my own experience.
