Day 8: The most interesting :)
We woke up in the garden late, at 9 o'clock. Well, it's understandable: the previous night we hardly slept. Yura drove to the village for water for breakfast and for climbing, and I took out the garbage. We left at about 11 o'clock. At first, the climb was hellish: you had to cling trunks to your shoulders and push the bikes up. There are piles of stones on the road. Then the climb became easier: it was even possible to go in some places in 1-1 gear.
Such an animal turned out to be in my bike glove box in the morning
Olya found a cute scorpion :)
We are going to the biggest park in Turkey. The word "park" in Turkey means dense jungle.
One of the two entrances to the national reserve, this one is free, and on the other side of the mountains - paid.
Horses on the mountainside
Mountain village, very well collapsed)
I wonder what it's like for them to live next to the hogs?
A bicycle bag on the shoulders (fortunately there are straps) and push it up ... There were water towers where we collected water. The sun was beating down like in mid-July, I burned out (it’s better not to climb there without a T-shirt)
Beauty of the Dilek Reserve
We climbed to the pass of 735 meters by 15 o'clock, bought ourselves in a bath of stones with cold water and went down. The same heaps of stones, you have to go down very carefully. The smells are awesome, we had to stay there overnight, but we decided to go further to swim in the sea. The second photo shows the place of our overnight stay - near the nearest houses in the settlement
Olya is too lazy to put on a trunk on a bike and she carries him like that
At the top, she said that 735 m was not enough for her and climbed higher. I would also climb, it’s not enough for me) I climbed 4 meters higher)
On the opposite side of the pass, the forest is thicker and the road is generally more pleasant.
Mountains from the Aegean Sea
Some islands in the distance. For the second day I have been thinking about a sailboat ...
At the exit of the canyon there were posters with descriptions of the animals that are found there.
We've got it :)
On the asphalt road encircling the reserve, there is a mark where you need to turn to get into the canyon
The beach had cool water, a lot of wild boars that stole food from people, and there was also a shower and there was shade. Everyone liked it very much.
Drying Grisha's T-shirt)
Not far from the beach such a wild boar ran)
Water... The purest!
Sunset ... We almost left the reserve (it is forbidden to spend the night here, so you need to leave the territory before sunset)
Beautiful view. It's definitely worth staying there.
Such balconies stand along the road in the reserve
At 19:15 we went to the exit from the park and, urged on by the gendarmes, by 20 o'clock we reached the exit. Usually everyone is kicked out of the park until 19:00. They tried to camp near the park, but it turned out to cost 10 lira per person for hay under their feet and a toilet of moderate destruction. We decided to climb over the fence and put up tents on the territory of some kind of parking lot. We traveled in a day: 40 km, gained 900 m.
